Your return/exchange is submitted within 30 days on the purchase date.
Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in its original packaging.
Your order was placed our website. Otherwise, please contact the retailer of where you purchased the item so they can further assist you with your concern.
For International returns (no exchange available), you must provide your own shipping label to ship the item/s back to us.
Each order/product is eligible for one complimentary exchange/cash refund. An order that was previously exchanged and then returned is only eligible for store credit.
NO Return/Exchange for 'FINAL SALE' items and/or orders with a Final Sale discount code.
Once your return is received and processed at our facility a refund will be applied to your payment method. It can take 3-5 business day for the refund to show on your statement. If you have yet to received the funds after 5 business days, please contact your bank as they might take longer to process refunds, and would have the most current status to provide you with.
We are happy to offer free domestic shipping withing the US.
Orders placed with expedited shipping after 2PM EST will be processed the following day. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
